Siemens Nigeria Appoints First Indigenous Female CEO

Siemens Nigeria, a unit of multinational technology firm Siemens, has appointed Mrs. Onyeche Tifase as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The appointment makes her the company’s first female and indigenous head.

Onyeche takes over from former CEO, Michael Lakota. She will be tasked with deepening the German company’s reach across Africa’s largest economy.
