Lagos is set to be treated to gastronomic delights as foremost financial institution, Guaranty Trust Bank plc, has unveiled globally celebrated chefs alongside their Nigerian counterparts for the third edition of its Food and Drink Fair scheduled for April 29th, 30th and May 1st, 2018. This edition of the GTBank Food and Drink Fair will bring together small businesses in Nigeria’s food sector, internationally renowned chefs and food experts and thousands of food lovers to create the biggest food experience in Africa. The 3-day event is designed to showcase Nigeria’s emerging food industry as well as offer a wide variety of cuisines, such that attendees will be able to taste their way around the world.
The GTBank Food and Drink Fair 2018 will feature a series of Masterclasses in the art and business of food and drink whilst treating attendees to a host of live cooking demonstrations of their favourite delicacies by renowned international and indigenous chefs. Several other top rated chefs who will also host master classes include; Sunny Anderson, a bestselling author and Food Network Personality known for hosting popular shows such as; The Kitchen, Cooking for Real and How’d That Get On My Plate,Lorraine Pascale is a British Chef, Elizabeth Solaru is the founder of Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium,Scott Winston is a highly sort-after food business Consultant, Imoteda is a Nigerian Chef and co-owner of Eko Street Eat and Raphael Duntoye is the Chef Patron of La Petite Maison, a popular upscale French Mediterranean restaurant with outlets in London, Dubai, Miami, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Istanbul.
